TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please be aware that these terms and conditions are there to protect both yourself and your beautician/hairdresser/practitioner and to create a safe environment for all.

 

SICKNESS PRECAUTIONS

  • Appointments cant be carried out if I attend with any cold or flu symptoms, I know if I do attend with these issues the appointment will be canceled but I still may be charged.

NAILS

  • Regardless of parental consent,  any service other than a "childs varnish manicure" will not be carried out on anyone under the age of 16. If an appointment is booked for someone who is underage, the appointment will be canceled and you may still be charged if it falls within the cancellation policy.

  • nail appointments will not be carried out if you have broken skin around your cuticles or any open wounds. I understand that if an appointment is booked with these issues the appointment will be canceled and may still be charged if it falls within the cancellation policy.

  • I understand that my appointment will not be carried out if you have any fungal infections warts or verrucas the appointment will be canceled and may still be charged if it falls within the cancellation policy.

HAIRDRESSING

  • I agree to attend a free in-salon colour consultation before booking any colour service and undergoing a patch test.

  • I understand that my hair appointment can not be carried out if I have headlice. I understand that if an appointment is booked with this issue the appointment will be canceled and may still be charged if it falls within the cancellation policy.

AESTHETICS

  • I agree to attend a free in-salon consultation before booking any service and undergoing a numbing cream patch test.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Having enough time to make you feel beautiful at your 1.1 appointment is so important to us! which is one of the reasons why we have a policy in place to avoid appointment overlaps, as well as loss of earnings for our self employed staff.

 

When booking your appointment the cancellation policy will need to be agreed too and is as follows:

*Cancel or reschedule for FREE for up to 72 hours ahead of your appointment.

*All appointments other than repairs and consultations are awarded a 15 minute grace period to allow for traffic and other delays.

*All appointments that are cancelled/rescheduled or amended resulting in loss of earnings within 72 hours will  be charged 50% of the previously booked amount.

*All appointments that are cancelled/rescheduled or amended resulting in loss of earnings on the day will  be charged 100% of the previously booked amount. This also applies to cancelled/rescheduled or amended appointments where no notice is given.
